Delete Your FishXP Account

You do not need to contact support to begin account deletion.

Delete from the FishXP app

Step 1: Open FishXP and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Step 2: Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.

Step 3: Open Edit Profile or account settings.

Step 4: Choose Delete Account, read the warning, and confirm the permanent deletion request.

What deletion includes

Deletion is intended to remove your FishXP account and associated personal data, including profile information, catch records, uploaded catch photos, private catch locations, XP and level progress, FishDex progress, badges, quest progress, tournament entries, leaderboard associations, mascot unlocks, and account authentication data.

What may remain temporarily

Limited records may remain for a legally required period, fraud and security investigations, dispute resolution, or routine backup rotation. Public or shared content may take a short time to disappear from caches. Information that has been lawfully de-identified so it can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics and service integrity.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent. Your XP, FishDex, catches, photos, unlocks, and competition history cannot be restored after deletion is completed. Save any catch photos or share cards you want to keep before confirming.

Can’t access the app?

If you cannot sign in or reach account settings, email karl@lfgdigitalllc.com from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “FishXP Account Deletion.” We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request, but we will never ask for your password.
